Screen adaptation and direction
Set in purgatory, I adapted John Alyward’s opera, Oblivion, to take place in a Middle American diner and motel. We shot the majority of the film on a sound stage. The fabricated set was then transferred to a proscenium theater to shoot the last ten minutes of the film and break the fourth wall.
